What is check imaging?
Imaging is a user-friendly technology that allows customers to view a digital reproduction of their check. This new technology provides an easier way to balance your statement, requires less storage space and makes tax preparation faster.
How do I view my checks?
You can view your checks, front and back, with ONLINE24, our 24-hour bank by Internet service. There is no charge to view your checks. Your statement showing balances, checks cleared and account activity will still be mailed to you.
What if I need proof of payment?
Image checks are accepted as legal proof of payment, even with the IRS. If you need to print a copy, you will be able to do so ONLINE at your convenience. Cancelled checks will be available for 90 days ONLINE. If you need proof of payment after that time, just ask your Banking Representative. We can typically respond within minutes.
What if my checks are not clear?
We can provide check quality tips such as using a blue or black ink pen, keeping endorsement stamps well-inked and using image-friendly checks. Checks with dark backgrounds do not reproduce well with traditional microfilm or with check imaging. Bring us a printed version of the check and your Banking Representative can address your concerns.
What if my account is currently truncated?
You will also enjoy the benefits of viewing your checks ONLINE. Simply enroll for ONLINE24.

• Look at your ATM or debit card transactions
• See if a check has cleared
• Transfer funds between Clearfield Bank and Trust accounts

• Enter ID & Pin Numbers
• Under List of Accounts, select desired account (Checking)
• Select View Current Transactions
