BAKER PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT
William E. Wood, Chairman, President and CEO of Clearfield Bank & Trust Company, announced that Harold Baker has been promoted to Vice President. Mr. Baker began his Financial Services career in 1983 holding positions of Regional V. P. Investment Sales Manager and Financial Consultant/Team Leader before joining Clearfield Bank & Trust in 2006 as a Financial Consultant. Mr. Baker is Program Manager for Financial Services, a division of Clearfield Bank & Trust Company.
Mr. Baker is a graduate of Northern Cambria High School and attended Frederick & Macomb Community College. Harold is registered as a General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, Registered Investment Advisor and holds Accident & Health, Life & Fixed Annuities and Variable Life/Variable Annuities License. Mr. Baker has also received numerous employment related awards, including the Sale to Success Award of Excellence and has twice been awarded the Presidents Club Award for Sorrento Pacific Financial, LLC.
Mr. Baker's Community Involvement includes Member of Village Council and Mayor of a previous Community. He has also served as an user and has served on various church boards. Harold resides in Treasure Lake with his wife, Patricia. They have two grown children and two grandchildren.

William E. Wood, Chairman, President & CEO of Clearfield Bank & Trust Co., is pleased to announce the Bank held a ground breaking event on Friday August 23, 2013 for a new branch office in Huntingdon. Local dignitaries and community leaders along with contractors joined several employees of the Bank as they ceremoniously turned the soil to start the construction of the new facility. The new 3,638 square foot office will be constructed at 9585 William Penn Hwy, Huntingdon; it will replace Clearfield Bank & Trust’s current location at the Huntingdon Plaza.
Slated for completion by the end of 2013, the new full service facility will be staffed to allow Clearfield Bank & Trust to meet all of the needs of the community. The Office will incorporate innovative cash recyclers to aid tellers with customer transactions as well as a new ATM and lobby coin counter. A highly qualified staff will be available for all of your banking needs. Representatives from CBT Financial & Trust Management, a division of the Bank, will also be available to offer a complete line of investment and trust services.
For over 110 years Clearfield Bank & Trust has provided local communities with the banking services they need, and the caring, knowledgeable staff they deserve. Mr. Wood stated, “We are excited to be expanding our business in Huntingdon and making this investment in the community. PW Campbell, a family-owned and operated planning, design coordination, and construction management company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was awarded the contract to design and build the new facility.
