Clearfield Bank & Trust Company is presently accepting applications for the Full-Time position of Facilities Manager. Based out of our Main Office in Clearfield, PA., the successful candidate will report directly to the Bank's Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities include insuring the proper planning, maintenance and efficiency of the Bank's various physical plant(s), properties and general equipment located throughout Blair, Centre, Clearfield and Huntingdon Counties.
A competitive salary and benefits package is being offered commensurate with experience.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience is normally preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent and a valid driver's license are required, along with moderate reading, writing and grammar skills. Proficient abilities relating to plant and equipment systems, e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc., and the ability to lift items weighing 100 lbs. or less is also desired.
