Community Office Manager
Clearfield Bank & Trust Company is currently accepting applications for a full-time Community Office Manager at our branch location in Pine Grove Mills, PA. This position offers a maximum salary of $60,212, commensurate with experience. A full benefits package is also provided.
Responsibilities include managing the Community Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in that assigned market area; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the Community Banking Division's annual operating plan; ensuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel.
Preferred qualifications include a BS or BA degree in a related field of study; specialized banking education and training; a minimum of five (5) years' related experience.
